Taku is our in-house brand of maraschino cherries.  This original recipe is the best quality and flavor available from any producer 

and it is an industry favorite.

Oregon Cherry Bounce is a gourmet maraschino cherry variation on an American classic.  First Lady Martha Washington began making whisky infused cherries for George before the Revolutionary War and we borrow from her recipe, handed  down through many generations.

NEW!  Dark Reserve is a unique premium cherry garnish infused with a hint of full-flavored, French oak-aged handcrafted whisky.  Our secret recipe contains NO ARTIFICIAL COLOR and produces a deeply sweet, robust flavored treat you can eat from the jar, add to desserts or make-perfect your favorite cocktail.  This is whisky's favorite cherry.

SOLD OUT - A seasonal, mostly local, favorite.  We gently melt dark Ghirardelli chocolate and en-robe our dried sweet cherries.  We sell-out of these tasty delights as fast as we can make them!
